Grant Bergland has a B.A. in English from Arizona State University and teaches film in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a graduate student in English literature at Cal State East Bay where he was awarded the Associated Students Scholarship and won second prize in the 2009 Donald Markos poetry contest. His work is published or forthcoming in Occam’s Razor, Word Riot, Ruthless Peoples Magazine, Tattoo Highway, Full of Crow Magazine, 365 Tomorrows, Short Story Library, Every Day Fiction, The Iowa Summer Writing Festival Anthology, and Yellow Mama.
